A recipe imported wrong
Import reads ingredients and steps out of a link, a PDF, or a photograph, and it does get things wrong; badly lit cookbook pages and videos that never show a quantity are the usual causes. Every imported recipe stays editable, so the fastest fix is to correct it in place. If a specific source fails consistently, send the link; that is the kind of thing worth fixing at the parser.
The week will not generate
Planning needs enough saved recipes to choose from, and a very narrow set of restrictions can leave nothing eligible. Widen one constraint at a time — cuisines first, then time — and it will usually resolve.
My pantry counts look wrong
Cooking a recipe subtracts its ingredients, and checking an item off the shopping list adds it back dated to that day. If a count has drifted, edit the item directly in Pantry; the number there is the truth the rest of the app plans against.
Lifty
Lifty has its own support address and its own published policy, both of which stay authoritative:

Deleting your Lifty account
Account → Delete Account, inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and it takes the workouts with it. Export anything you want to keep first.
A workout did not sync
Sets are written locally first and pushed when there is a connection, so a session logged in a basement gym is not lost. It lands when the phone reaches signal. If a session is still missing after that, send the date and roughly when you trained.
Linger
Cards are not appearing on the Lock Screen
Linger draws its cards through a widget, so the widget has to be added to the Lock Screen once: long-press the Lock Screen, tap Customise, then add Linger below the clock. Notifications also need to be allowed — Linger sends one backstop notification so a reminder can never quietly vanish.
A sentence was read the wrong way
Linger shows you the schedule it understood before saving, precisely so a misread is caught at the moment it happens. If a phrasing you would actually use gets parsed wrong, send the exact sentence — the parser is a list of patterns and adding one is cheap.
I archived something and want it back
Archive keeps the whole history. Restoring returns the reminder on its next real date rather than backdated: something archived in March and restored in August comes back on its next occurrence, not five months overdue.
The free trial
Seven days, the whole app, nothing held back. You get a reminder the day before it ends, so it cannot turn into a charge you did not expect. Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Meal AI
Meal AI is still in development and is not on the App Store. There is nothing to support yet. If you want to know when it ships, mail [email protected].
Billing and refunds
Every subscription in every app here is processed by Apple, not by Spice Labs. That means two things. Cancellation is on your device, at Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and it takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds are Apple's to grant, not ours; we cannot issue one even when we would like to. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a charge looks wrong, mail us anyway — we can usually tell you what happened, which helps the request.
Your data
The four apps differ enormously here, and the difference is deliberate. Linger has no server at all. OpenPantry has a database but no accounts. Meal AI signs you in anonymously. Lifty has a real account, because leaderboards and squads cannot exist without one. Each app has its own policy:
To get your data out or delete it, the route depends on the app: Lifty deletes from inside the app at Account → Delete Account; OpenPantry, Linger and Meal AI keep your data on the device, so deleting the app removes it. Anything else can be requested at [email protected].
